Welcome to FeatLock. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

FeatLock provides a platform for securing payments in creative projects. We act as an escrow agent to hold funds until conditions are met.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. FeatLock does not store credit card details.

3. Refunds

Funds held in escrow can be refunded to the Requester if the project is cancelled before the 'Agreement' phase or if the Recipient fails to deliver.

4. Liability

FeatLock is not a party to the agreement between Requester and Recipient. We facilitate the transaction but are not responsible for the quality of the creative work.
