FeatLock acts solely as a transaction infrastructure platform. We do not create, host, or verify creative content. All funds held in escrow are released only when the Requester approves delivery. FeatLock is not a party to the underlying agreement between artists.
Users are responsible for ensuring that delivered material is free of copyright infringement and that all samples, loops, or third-party content are properly cleared for commercial use. FeatLock does not verify copyright compliance or sample clearance. Using delivered content without proper clearance may expose the user to legal liability.
The PDF agreements generated by FeatLock constitute a record of the terms agreed upon between the Artist and Requester. FeatLock does not provide legal advice or enforce creative quality standards. Users are encouraged to review agreements and seek independent legal counsel if needed.
All deliveries and revisions must be approved through the FeatLock workflow. Funds are released only after explicit approval. Quality or artistic disputes must be resolved off-platform between the parties.
FeatLock is not liable for lost profits, copyright disputes, or quality issues arising from the use of this service.
